The visionary force behind the BTS team. With nearly a decade of coaching experience, he has dedicated himself to transforming the lives of over 1000 BTS members.
Tarek's journey in the fitness industry has provided him with a profound understanding of the struggles faced by everyday individuals, inspiring him to create the groundbreaking BTS program. Passionate about both lifting heavy and cooking, Tarek's love for health and fitness extends beyond coaching. When he's not empowering others to reach their goals, you'll find him exploring new destinations, enjoying the serenity of the beach, or savoring delightful meals at restaurants. Tarek's true passion lies in educating BTS members about real, sustainable, and long-lasting body composition goals.
Mick
A dedicated personal trainer whose journey through Ulcerative Colitis [IBD] IBD is truly inspiring.
Mick's profound empathy with BTS members stems from his own transformative experience, which began with embarking on the BTS program to help with his IBD symptoms, resulting in life changing habits and eventually led him to pursue a career as a personal trainer. Strength training is where Mick's heart lies, and he finds joy in the process of creating delicious and nutritious meals by carefully dissecting recipes and making them more calorie-conscious.
Mick's path to fitness is a testament to the power of determination and the BTS program's effectiveness. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge, experiences, and milestones with BTS members, serving as a living example of how the program can bring about positive, life-changing results.

Eddy
A multifaceted individual with a passion for fitness and wellness. As a supplement owner and a seasoned personal trainer, Eddy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table.
Having competed in bodybuilding and served on coaching panels for renowned federations like WFF, he understands the intricacies of the industry like no other. Eddy's heart lies in weight training, where he finds joy and fulfillment but also enjoyed reformer pilates and pushbike riding. Beyond coaching, Eddy enjoys reading books and attending live theater productions. Eddy's ultimate goal is to empower BTS members with the tools and knowledge to create sustainable fitness programs tailored to their unique lifestyles and aspirations.
Adrian
With over 10 years of experience, Adrian has worked with a wide range of clients and has even coached other personal trainers. He’s known for his calm, motivating presence and his attention to form and technique.
A big fan of football and powerlifting, Adrian brings that same drive and discipline into his coaching. He focuses on building strength, confidence, and creating long-term habits that last beyond the gym. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced lifter, Adrian helps you move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent.
Melissa
Melissa’s passion for health and fitness comes from her own journey—overcoming bulimia and a difficult relationship with food. Today, she’s dedicated to helping others build healthy, sustainable eating habits and feel strong from the inside out.
She loves weight training and is especially passionate about making women feel confident and empowered on the gym floor. Melissa creates a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, capable, and motivated to take control of their health.
Rana
As a busy mum, Rana knows how hard it can be to juggle everything—and she’s here to show other women that it’s absolutely achievable. She believes it’s all about finding balance, not perfection.
Rana loves weight training, cooking high-protein meals, and helping other mums feel strong, energised, and proud of their progress—both in and out of the gym.
